Meet JULIE SCHWAGER

As a Wheaton resident since 2008, Julie has gained first-hand market knowledge while spending the past 12 years planting her roots in the Western Suburbs. As a mom of two, she is familiar with the school districts, park districts, and local sports programs for not only Wheaton but also surrounding neighborhoods. Originally from the East Coast, Julie currently resides in Wheaton with her husband of 29 years. She cherishes visits with her 23-year-old daughter Tess who lives in downtown Chicago and her 19-year-old son Quinn who attends Northwestern University. When she's not living and breathing real estate, she loves to cook, garden, peruse the local Wheaton French Market and shop at antique stores.
